ABOUT JOSH

In case we haven’t met, my name is Josh! I’ve worked as an accredited sports nutritionist, physique coach and personal trainer throughout the years. After personally suffering anxiety and depression for most of my life, I knew I needed to create a balance between the mind, body and spirit. This was the fundamental beginning and my motivation behind creating Mindbodyz.com!

Unlike many coaches in the fitness & health industry, I now take a more holistic approach with my transformation programs, based around having true inner peace. Integrating mindfulness, meditation & reprogramming the subconscious mind allows controlling of the ego & achieving long term sustainable results. Supplemented with evidence & research based nutrition & training techniques, I now apply these same techniques for all my clients.
