  • 2 Burrito Whole-Wheat Tortillas
  • 1 Cup Shredded Lean Chicken
  • 1 Cup Black Beans
  • 1 Cup Quinoa Or Brown Rice
  • 1/2 Cup Low Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Avocado


  1. Shred chicken breast as preferred after cooking.

  2. Prepare quinoa or brown rice, black beans.

  3. Warm tortillas in microwave.

  4. Dividing evenly on warmed tortillas with chicken, beans, quinoa, yogurt, and avocado.

  5. Ready to serve!
